John E. Jenkins, Inc. delivered the full civil sitework package for the McGill Family YMCA expansion in Belmont, supporting a building addition and new outdoor pool facility on the YMCA campus.
The scope started with demolition, clearing, erosion-control setup and earthwork across a 14.99-acre site. Jenkins handled cut-to-fill grading, soil export, building-pad preparation, fine grading for pavement and concrete areas, retaining-wall prep and backfill, and stormwater improvements tied into the existing campus.
The finished sitework package included RCP storm drainage, catch basins and manholes, pond cleanup and erosion modifications, light- and heavy-duty asphalt paving, mill and overlay work, curb, sidewalks, plaza concrete, stairs, ADA access, sanitary sewer lateral work and a small water-service package.
